How Small Churches Should Address Revitalization with Lester Evans

Small and bi-vocational churches face the difficult task of remaining spiritually healthy and effective in Kingdom work. Problems in the small church are magnified because of the size of the congregation. Patriarchs, matriarchs and other forms of power structures often become significant road blocks to any spiritual revitalization process. In this episode we discuss how the small church pastor can effectively deal with these uniquely magnified obstacles. Churches Gone Wild with Ron Smith

The literal translation of Proverbs 29:18 says “Where there is no vision, the people run around wild.” In this episode we discuss the idea that without a vision from God the church will have little or no cohesiveness or unity thus bringing disunity and division to the congregation. We discuss how important it is that pastors and church leaders have a vision from God and know how to implement that vision. Because of a lack of vision many churches are answering questions that no one is asking. Without a vision from God the church will flounder and fail. The objective of this episode is to give new hope to a congregation that is willing to become visionary in ministry.
